Our values are our guiding principle in client care and business practices. |
We believe in providing specialized, trauma-informed care that honors each person's unique experience. Our practice works with individual adults, couples, and close adult relationships. We trust the people we work with to be the experts on their own experience and align with them within the safety and support of a therapeutic alliance to support an increased understanding of self, personal strengths, and areas of growth that enable healing, recovery, deeper connection, and self-acceptance. We both have extensive backgrounds in trauma, grief and loss, relationship issues, attachment injuries, anxiety, and depression, and we understand the deep and lasting suffering that they cause. We have built a team of clinicians who are specialized in their areas of practice, and like us, firmly believe that the deep impact of healing positively impacts emotional and physical well-being. We believe in creating a safe and supportive place where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, body sensations, behavior patterns, and memories at your own pace. We are committed to integrating evidence-based therapies into every aspect of our practice. This means acknowledging the prevalence of trauma, fostering a sense of safety, and empowering you to reclaim control over your life through growth, connection, and fulfillment.
