Breast & Cervical Cancer Control Program

BCCCP is designed to help Chatham County individuals who have no or limited health insurance and do not have Medicaid or Medicare receive screenings and medical consultation referrals related to breast and cervical cancer.

The Community Alternatives Program for Disabled Adults (CAP/DA) is a cost-effective home and community-based program designed to assist families in caring for medically-disabled adults instead of placing them in a nursing facility.
