Print from your computer or mobile device to a printer at any branch of Chatham County Public Libraries. Submit your documents through the buttons below at any time, then visit your library to pay for and release your prints during business hours. Print jobs are held in the queue for 48 hours.

Self-serve print release stations are located at each library branch. To release color prints at Chatham Community Library, visit the station beside the reference desk.

Pricing:
Black & white: 10¢ single-sided, 20¢ double-sided
Color: 25¢ single-sided, 50¢ double-sided

Print from a computer

Use these instructions to print a file that is saved on your computer. (To send a file by email instead, follow the instructions in the "Email a File" section below.)

Click the Send a print job button (above) that corresponds to your branch.
Upload your file.
Choose the number of copies.
Click the Settings button to choose color printing, paper size, or page range.
Click the checkbox to accept terms and conditions, then click Continue.
Enter your email address.
The status of your print job will change to Ready when files are ready to print at the library.

Print from a phone or tablet

Use these instructions to print a file that is saved on your device. (To send a file by email instead, follow the instructions in the "Email a File" section below.)

Scan the QR code found at the print stations in the library (and below).
Upload your file.
Choose the number of copies.
Tap the Settings button to choose color printing, paper size, or page range.
Check the box to accept terms and conditions, then click Continue.
Enter your email address.
The status of your print job will change to Ready when files are ready to print at the library.

To print a web page from a mobile device, download the Princh app from your device's app store.

Email a file

Email your file as an attachment using one of the following addresses. (Please note that you cannot adjust print settings or print multiple copies using this method.)

If you are sending print jobs to Goldston Public Library or Wren Memorial Library, replace "ccl" with "goldston" or "wren" in the email address. For example: wren-bw@ewprints.com.

Black & white:

Once you receive a confirmation email from no-reply@ewprints.com, your files are ready to print at the library.

At the self-serve print release stations:

Click Release a Print Job.
Enter the email address you provided.
Select your print job(s) and click Print. (You may preview your documents before printing.)
Select Pay from Vending Device.
Deposit money in the coin/bill machine next to the printer and click OK on the screen. Your print jobs will be released.
