Now in our 6th year of serving Chatham County!  

Thanks to a grant from Meals on Wheels America and The Home Depot Foundation, Aging Services, along with its repair partners at Preserving Home, provides an opportunity for Chatham County veterans to receive crucial home repairs that will enable them to remain in their homes for as long as possible.
