The Environmental Heath Division collects water samples for submission to the State Public Health Laboratory. Sample options are as follow: Bacteria, Inorganic, Nitrate, Iron Bacteria, Sulfur Bacteria, Vanadium, Herbicide, Hexavalent Chromium, Petroleum, Pesticide.

Bacteriological Analysis, Inorganic Analysis, and Nitrate Analysis are required per State Law for all newly constructed wells within 30 days of the certificate of completion.

IMPORTANT: Prior to requesting an appointment for a new well water sample, the well head must be complete, the pump installed, connected to power, and all chlorine pumped from the well.

NOTE:  Water samples can only be collected Monday through Wednesday

Application 

Fees can be paid by check, cash, money order, or credit card and the application can now be submitted through the Online Portal.
