Community Meals Food Safety

NCSU Extension has developed a food safety training program designed for individuals interested in hosting large meal events, such as fundraisers, church meals, or volunteer meals following a disaster. This training will provide resources and information to help in planning these events, and will help to make sure you are successful in providing a safe meal.
