Voting locations in Chatham County vary depending on the type of election. This section provides information for both municipal elections held in odd-numbered years and primary/general elections held in even-numbered years. Residents can also explore interactive and printable maps of precincts, polling places, and election districts.


Where to Vote

  • Municipal Elections (Odd-Numbered Years)
    In odd-numbered years, only voters who live in towns or districts holding elections. Not all polling places are open, and locations may differ from those used during general elections.

  • Primary / General Elections (Even-Numbered Years)
    During even-numbered years, all registered voters in Chatham County are assigned to a specific precinct-based polling place for Election Day.
