Chatham Family Violence Prevention
Services (CFVPS)
County advocates provide services for domestic violence survivors and their families. Services include:
- Assistance and accompaniment with protective orders at the Courthouse
- Access and referrals to community resources
- Safety planning and advocacy for survivors and their families
- Assistance with transportation, emergency shelter, child custody, and mental health services
- Spanish-speaking support group in Siler City
- Individual and group educational programs
Services are provided by advocates fluent in English and Spanish on weekdays, located in the Justice Center in Pittsboro. 40 E. Chatham St, Room 2401
