Are you interested in learning more about our department and helping our staff educate the Chatham County public about our programs and services?

Then our relaunched Ambassador Program may be the perfect fit for you.

We're seeking a spirited group of Chatham County older adults with experience as a participant or volunteer with Aging Services to take that "next step" with us and gain a comprehensive understanding of how our department brings the programming you've come to expect from us to life!

You'll complete an orientation session, attend outreach events and stay on top of the latest ideas and programming coming from Aging Services staff! Applications are available at the Pittsboro Center for Active Living and First Baptist Church of Siler City. They will be available at the Siler City Center for Active Living once its grand reopening takes place on June 23, and a printable application is also available below.

 Based on your application responses, you may be contacted for an interview on either Tuesday, August 11 or Wednesday, August 12. Those selected to be Ambassadors will attend an initial orientation session on Monday, August 31. Additional program details are included within the application.
