The Chatham County Housing Department is inviting qualified agencies and organizations to apply for funds from the Chatham County Housing Trust Fund to develop and preserve affordable housing for persons who live and work in Chatham County. Applications are closed for the 2025-2026 cycle. Updated information for Housing Trust Fund applications for the 2026-2027 cycle will be available in late summer or early fall of 2026.
