We are advertising to bid on this project starting September 16th . Bids are due by Thursday, October 2nd at 2 pm. Hopkins Bowling and Davis Kane Architects are working together to provide an addition and renovation to the existing Siler City Center for Active Living. This is an occupied and phased project with Phase 1 anticipated to be a two month duration, and Phase 2 a four month duration. Please review the logistics plan within the bid drawings for reference of each phase. The project includes interior demolition, new offices, exterior wall modifications, updated finishes, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical modifications and a small expansion to provide a larger reception area.
