Chatham County Housing Trust Fund Accepting Applications for 2026-2027 Cycle
PITTSBORO, NC— The Chatham County Housing Department invites qualified nonprofit agencies and organizations to apply for grant funds from the Chatham County Housing Trust Fund (HTF) to develop and preserve affordable housing for people who live and work in Chatham County.
WHAT: Chatham County Housing Trust Fund 2026-2027 (HTF27) Application Cycle
WHEN: Information Session: September 9, 2026, at noon
Application Deadline: October 21, 2026, at noon
WHERE: Virtual.
The optional information session will provide an opportunity for interested applicants to learn more about the application process. Organizations interested in attending should email Housing Officer, Jamie Andrews at jamie.andrews@chathamcountync.gov to register.
Housing-related nonprofits and organizations considering applying should review application information and materials at ChathamCountyNC.gov/HTF. Interested entities may also email jamie.andrews@chathamcountync.gov to receive additional information and stay informed throughout the application process.
