PITTSBORO, NC — Calling all superfans. Chatham Community Library invites the community to celebrate all things fandom at Fandom Fest, a fun-filled event featuring activities for all ages.

WHAT: Fandom Fest

WHEN: Saturday, May 2, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

WHERE: Chatham Community Library
197 NC Hwy 87 N, Pittsboro, NC 27312

Attendees can enjoy a variety of themed activities throughout the day, including:

•11:00 a.m. – Superhero Story Time
•11:30 a.m. – Star Wars Character Photo Opportunity
•12:15 p.m. – Costume Contest (ages 0–5, 6–10, 11–15, and 15+)
•1:00 p.m. – Fandom Trivia Contest

This event is free, open to the public, and does not require registration.

Free comic books will be available (limit to one per person, while supplies last).
