Chatham County Government Offices to Delay Opening on February 3rd

Chatham County Government Offices will delay opening until 10:00 a.m. on February 3 , 2026

CHATHAM COUNTY, NC— Due to potentially poor road conditions in Chatham and surrounding counties, Chatham County Government offices will delay opening until 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, February 3, 2026.

Chatham County’s State of Emergency is anticipated to be lifted on February 3rd.

Any further updates will be provided on the Chatham County information phone line at 919-545-8444 and posted to the Chatham County website www.chathamcountync.gov and social media channels – Facebook, Twitter/X and Nextdoor.
