WHO: Chatham County Affordable Housing Advisory Committee
As affordable housing and development continue to be major topics of conversation in Chatham County, it is also important to preserve and strengthen the housing resources residents currently rely on. One major source of affordable housing, manufactured home communities, can require specific strategies to make sure that residents can stay in a place they call home and protect their investments. ROC USA supports a network of self-governing, self-supporting manufactured home communities across the U.S., including one in Asheboro NC, and the Affordable Housing Advisory Committee is inviting the community to join this meeting to learn more about how the ROC model could be brought to Chatham County.
