Friends of the Chatham Community Library to Host Fall Book Sale

PITTSBORO, NC—The Friends of the Chatham Community Library will hold their fall book sale from September 18 through 20 at Chatham Community Library in Pittsboro. This event is free and open to the public.

The sale includes over 18,000 books, CDs, DVDs, audiobooks, and vinyl records. All genres are sorted and conveniently displayed and include special collection items such as an extensive collection of genealogy books, a large selection of cookbooks and a special collection of art history titles. All items are in excellent condition. Admission is free, and purchases may be made by cash, check, or credit card.
• Thursday, September 18: 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
All items are full price. $4 for hardbacks, $3 for softbacks, Children's books are $2 and $1.
• Friday, September 19: 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
All materials are half price.
• Saturday, September 20: 9 a.m. - 2 p.m.
Fill a grocery bag for $5 (including DVDs, CDs, and vinyl records).
Active members of the Friends of the Chatham Community Library will receive a 10% discount.
Sale proceeds benefit the library by enabling the purchase of new books, materials and equipment, new children’s programs; and, by improving technology and services.
