Chatham Community Library will host a "Adaptive Tools for Gardeners " class on Thursday, March 19, from 11:30 am - 12:30 pm in the Holmes Family Meeting Room. This program is free and open to the public.
Everyone can garden! Learn about tools that can make gardening more accessible and enjoyable for people of all ages, abilities, and levels of experience through specific tool design or tool modifications. Tools that reduce strain and accommodate a range of differences in strength and mobility will be available to view and handle.
This free class will be presented by an NC State Extension Master Gardener volunteer. No pre-registration is required.
