Let’s dive deeper into the wonderful world of seed saving!  After a follow-up presentation on the why and how of seed saving, participants will get hands-on experience saving seeds. We will  practice wet-fermentation, winnowing, threshing, and screening methods. 

Attendance at the Seed Saving for Food 101 class in not required.  

This program is free and open to the public and takes place in the Holmes Family Meeting Room. It will be taught by NC State Extension Master Gardener Volunteers.  No registration is required.
