Meeting Schedule

The Board of Commissioners meets on the third Monday of each month and sometimes on the first Monday as needed. Additional meetings may be scheduled or moved due to holidays or special circumstances.

Meeting Times & Locations

  • Regular Meetings: 6:00 PM, in the Historic Courthouse Courtroom in Pittsboro- 17 Sanford Road, Pittsboro.
  •  Work Sessions: Held before regular meetings, usually at 2:00 PM.

Agendas are typically posted the Friday prior to a Monday meeting. Special sessions may or may not require a formal agenda, so those may not be posted at all.
