Chatham Community Library will host Chapel Hill native and Sound Therapist, Vibrance Heartfelt, for an engaging multimedia presentation that brings the science of sound and frequency to life on Thursday, September 24, from 6:00 - 8:00 pm in the Holmes Family Meeting Room. This program is free and open to the public but space is limited and registration is required.
What if sound could influence how you feel, function, and experience your own body? Discover the fascinating science of frequency and its connection to your well-being. Explore how frequency influences our physical, mental, and energetic systems and discover its potential role supporting holistic health and overall well-being.
And you won't just hear about it. The presentation concludes with a brief somatic experience in which tuning forks are gently placed on the body, allowing attendees to experience the frequency firsthand and discover their own sense of deep stillness and nervous system calm.
Space is limited and registration is required. Register at the following URL: https://tinyurl.com/CCL-VIBRANCE
