Solid Waste & Recycling is offering mulch for FREE Monday, August 3 through Friday, August 7, from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm.

Mulch is available at the Solid Waste & Recycling Main Facility- 28 County Services Road, Pittsboro.

Vehicles will be loaded with either a small scoop (~1 cubic yard) or a large scoop (~3 cubic yards) depending on the vehicle size.

We load, you haul. All loads of mulch MUST be secured. Learn more about securing your load. Tarps are available for purchase at the Main Facility and during mulch sales. The tarps are 6 x 8 feet and cost $3.00.
