Learn simple, safe ways to make the most of your summer harvest. This class focuses on fermentation, freezing, and pickling to help you preserve an abundance of seasonal produce like peppers, tomatoes, and summer squash. Participants will learn the essential steps for each method to ensure safe, tasty results, along with guidance on basic equipment and best practices. Led by Tara Gregory, Family & Consumer Sciences Agent with NC Cooperative Extension.
