Chatham Community Library will host a "Growing and Using Culinary Herbs" class on Thursday, June 18,  from 11:30 am - 12:30 pm in the Holmes Family Meeting Room. This program is free and open to the public. Registration is not required,

This comprehensive herb class will cover how to plant, maintain, harvest, and use a variety of popular culinary herbs. The lecture, presented by an NC State Extension Master Gardener volunteer, will include information on the best herb varieties for our area, recipes that incorporate fresh herbs, and plant propagation and seed saving methods.
