Chatham Community Library will host local musicians Dorian Devins and Lou Rainone for a live performance on Thursday, May 14, from 1:00 to 2:00 pm in the Holmes Family Meeting Room. This program is free and open to the public.

Dorian and & Lou play jazz, bossa nova, blues, pop, and more, always bringing a jazz vibe to their performances.

Jazz vocalist and lyricist Dorian Devins spent much of her childhood in the Sandhills region and has a diverse background including a career in art, broadcasting, and media. She’s performed in many jazz clubs and restaurants, wine bars and events in the New York City region, as well as around the country and overseas. She is also the founder and producer of the Secret Science Club NC and works as a visual artist.

Pianist Lou Rainone is a Baltimore native who worked extensively in New York City and surrounding areas for many years and continued his career performing in North America, Europe, Asia, and the Caribbean. Lou also works as an educator teaching private lessons and masterclasses.
