In this interactive 60-minute workshop, participants explore the connection between earning money and making smart saving choices. Through a hands-on job simulation, participants experience how money is earned through effort and responsibility, reinforcing the idea that earnings should be managed with intention.
Students then make real-world financial decisions by choosing how to allocate their earnings across saving, spending, and giving, helping them understand trade-offs through decision tree modeling and the power of prioritizing savings. Guided reflection encourages participants to recognize how saving gives their money more purpose and impact over time. The workshop concludes with each student setting a personal savings goal, empowering them to apply these skills beyond the classroom and build lifelong money habits.
