Chatham County Public Libraries (CCPL) invites the public to join one of four focus groups for conversation on library services, programs, spaces, or resources. The purpose of focus groups is to facilitate small , guided discussion with key stakeholders — regular and non-library users, students, seniors, and community members from across Chatham County.
Focus groups will use data from CCPL's Community Input Survey to:
• Assess the library system’s current strengths
• Identify areas where services can be improved or expanded
• Establish informed priorities to guide strategic planning for 2026-2031
The Community Input Survey ran for the October 15 - December, 2025 period and collected responses from over 600 participants.
The first of four focus groups will meet on Wednesday, March 4, from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm, in the Holmes Family Meeting Room. This program is free and open to the public and no registration is required.
Your feedback is critical to the Mission of Chatham County Public Libraries so come join the conversation!
