Teens are invited to learn knife safety and cutting techniques by making bruschetta with certified Chef Arlena!

Arlena Strode is a graduate of the International Culinary School, a published author, and a Certified Child & Youth Culinary Instructor. She is the founder and chef instructor of the Children's Culinary Institute, located in Pittsboro.
