Ready to dive into the wonderful world of seed saving? After a follow-up presentation on the why & how of seed saving, participants will get hands-on experience saving seeds. We will practice wet-fermentation, winnowing, threshing, and screening methods.
Prior attendance at the Seed Saving for Food 101 class is not required.
This program is free and open to the public and takes place in the Holmes Family Meeting Room. It will be taught by NC State Extension Master Gardener Volunteers.
